CLM is overseen by a Leadership Team.
Geoff has been married to Elaine for over 50 years. They live in Ormskirk and have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.
Geoff is a retired Chartered Accountant who has held senior Finance/ board positions in industry and commerce.
He has been both treasurer of Cottage Lane Mission and a member of its Leadership Team for10 years.
Jackie has been married to Rog for 54 years, they have lived in Ormskirk for most of their lives and have 3 sons and 5 grandchildren.
Jackie worked as a church administrator for many years before she retired and has been on the leadership team at CLM for 7 years. She also serves as a Trustee for our charity 'Community Lives Matter'
Paul is married to Diane and they have two adult sons.

He has led a number of churches over the last 37 years. In addition he has held senior management roles in companies and served on the Board of various charities and housing associations. He has been Senior Leader of CLM since 2021. He's the Chair of our charity ‘Community Lives Matter’ and also the current Chair of 'Churches Together Ormskirk'.
Pam is married to Mark and they have 3 children and 5 Grandchildren.

Pam teaches locally and has been part of CLM for just over 30 years. During that time she has been involved with children and youth work, MCYC (Merseysde Christian Youth Camps), the worship group, and 'Leadership Team'.
Luke was invited to be join the Leadership Team for 12 months in 2023, as part of his growth and develpoment. He is part of the 'Preaching Team' and a key member of the 'Techie Team'!

He is married to Kylie. He's mad about trains (work and hobby!), and he and Kylie completed a missions trip to Tanzania recently.
Matt is married to Zoe and they have two boys, Josiah and Leo.
​
Matt has joined the team as 'Associate Leader' after serving with YFC on the Wiral and at St James in the City as Schools Chaplain.
​
He's a great addition to the team and we look forward to working together for many years ahead.
